We’re thrilled to have placed 7th in Great Place to Work’s (GPTW) Best Workplaces in Ireland list for medium organisations. This has now been swiftly followed by another recognition from GPTW as a Best Workplace for Women in Ireland – our first time on this list!
Our Best Workplaces listing is based on a number of factors, including how and why we create a unique environment and put our values into practice, how every employee is supported in reaching their highest potential and how employees are involved in improving business performance. We scored highly for our technology and innovation, and commitment to diversity and wellbeing, as well as creating a high trust environment where the employee voice is heard.
To be recognised as a Best Workplace for Women, GPTW Ireland looks at the experience women have here and how that compares to the experience of men, the number of women in leadership roles and the survey responses to questions around quality, development and work-life balance.
Tony Marron, Managing Director, said,
I’m really proud that we’ve placed 7th in the Great Place to Work Ireland Best Workplaces list this year – a continuing recognition of the hard work and commitment of all the teams aligned to our Dublin office. To then learn we have also been listed as a Best Workplace for Women in Ireland for the first time just a few days later really is the icing on the cake
On top of doing amazing and innovative work every day, our people take care of each other through our wellbeing initiatives and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, making sure Liberty IT really is a great place to work for everyone.
